  5.     . Your system MUST have VBRUN300.DLL already installed
  6.       vbrun300.dll, the Microsoft Visual Basic 3.0 DLL,is not supplied 
  7.       with Init for Windows to make shorter your download session.
  8.  
  9.     . There is NO installation procedure at this time for Init for Windows : all you have
  10.       to do is :
  11.  
  12.         - Install the VBX & DLL files in your PATH, for example in the
  13.                 \windows\system SubDirectory.
  14.  
  15.         - Install InitWin.EXE & InitWin.TXT in the SAME directory (you may
  16.                 create a new directory if you want).
  17.  
  18.         - Add INITWIN.EXE to your STARTUP group in Microsoft Windows
  19.
